These younger people have also been working in the same business for most of their lives and are very much familiar with the ropes of their organization. Their ultimate aim in trying to employ an organizational development plan is to increase the productivity of their operations. However, another big concern for the owners is the fact that there is a seeming lack of organizational values among the staff.
